They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not kick start your weekend on the right foot, with a delicious brunch. Whether you’re hankering after pancakes or an epic fry up, I’ve covered my best brunch spots in West Sussex!
The Honey Pot Café
The Honey Pot is your typical family ran village café, just a short walk away from the beach. They have an extensive breakfast menu, with all their ingredients being locally sourced; they also support over 60 artisan Sussex producers and suppliers!
Where? Sea Lane, Rustington
Best For? A quick, chilled brunch
Establo Lounge
A lively restaurant, with retro interiors and two floors for dining. Establo have a great brunch menu, including the Lounge Breakfast, Avocado Brunch and Triple Stacked Pancakes. They also have a wide range of smoothies and drinks to give you that extra boost!
Where? Ash Lane, Rustington
Best For? The breakfast after the night before. The Lounge Breakfast is particularly good if you’ve woke up feeling a bit fragile!
Malt Café
Malt Café is my favourite place for breakfast, I only recently discovered it, but it has quickly become my go to brunch stop! It reminds me of the indie cafes you might find in Brighton, but in Worthing. I always opt for the pancakes and I’m never disappointed!
Where? Montague Street, Worthing
Best For? Sunny weekend brunches. Being right near the sea front this café comes to life in the summer months.
Bills
A classic. Avo on toast? Check. Pancakes? Check? Full English? Check. If you’re after your average brunch (but top quality), Bill’s is your best shout, they never fail to deliver, and their hot chocolates are out of this world!
Where? North Road, Brighton
Best For? A catch-up brunch with friends.
The Sussex Produce Company
Behind their High Street grocery store, the Sussex Produce Company offer fantastic brunches! Enjoy pancakes with maple syrup, a full English, or a classic eggs benedict with hollandaise, on toast topped with bacon.
Where? High Street, Steyning
Best For? A healthy lunch which won’t break the bank.
