Jackets are my weakness. I have an ever-growing collection, and in my opinion you can never have too many. This one, that I got from Zara last month, is currently one of my favs – also for £30 you can’t really go wrong. I’ve been looking at getting a biker style jacket in a dusty pink colour for a while now, but the one that I had my eye on from Missguided, was £50, and I’m not sure I can justify spending that on a jacket this close to university. Therefore the challenge began for me to find one on a budget, and low and behold, Zara had just the thing. It’s not exactly the biker style that I was looking for, but I think I definitely like it more! It’s a beautiful nude pink colour, with 3 quarter length sleeves, finished off with a ruffled cuff, and hem line, which I definitely think is what drew me to the jacket; as I am a sucker for anything with a ruffle.
Being a very versatile jacket, it can be dressed down, with a pair of jeans, casual white top, and a pair of Vans, or dressed up, which is exactly how I have styled it here. I have paired it with a plain back playsuit from H&M, and a simple pair of baby pink sandals from Clarks; which can I just add, am majorly impressed with, as Clarks very rarely have shoes that take my fancy. I also love my accessories, so of course I paired this look with my trusty Daniel Wellington watch, a multitude of rings, and a dusty pink choker.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing how I style my favorite jacket of all time. In my opinion, everyone needs a jacket like this. I also think that it is the perfect alternative to a biker jacket, and at a fraction of the price.
